We are offering for rent, a single wide mobile home in a 55+ mobile home park. There are 500 homes in the park and security carts patrol the park. At least one occupant (the renter) must be 55 years old or older. Any other occupants must be at least 45 years old. There is a full bedroom and a small bedroom (single bed), 1 1/2 bathrooms.

TV, two chairs and pullout sofa in living room. Full bed in master bedroom, castro bed in small bedroom. Small dinette set in kitchen. Pots, pans dishes in kitchen. Bedrooms have built in drawers. Patio table and chairs on lanaii. Attached shed has washer and dryer.

We can rent it out only up to 6 months at a time. We are asking $850 to $1200 per month depending on length of lease. We expect 2 months rent deposit. No pets. No smoking allowed inside. Electricity, water and sewer charges are included. The park is located in a very nice neighborhood, is close to shopping, entertainment and beaches.

The park requires a background check (keeps out criminals). I can send forms if you request.

The park has a swimming pool, clubhouse which offers dances etc.. People in park are very friendly. We can provide tv if requested. You will have to provide your own telephone service.
