This program provides a means to thank new customers for selecting your facility to service their vehicle and to provide reminders by service category of repetitive maintenance required for your customers vehicles. It insures repeat business on a more timely basis. Program prints thank you and reminder post cards to be sent to the customer at the appropriate time. It can print mailing labels for other mailouts such as specials or Xmas cards.

Up to (10) service categories (your description choice). (1) to (99) month service intervals for each service category. Customer is license number or V.I.N..

The program integrates with our Invoice Writer. After each invoice is filed, the service categories appear on the screen. You select the categories appropriate to the invoice and the date of the invoice is posted to the customers record.

Our software will run on any IBM PC or compatible running D.O.S. 3.1 or later. It will run under WINDOWS 3.1 or under WINDOWS 95/98/ME. It will print to Epson/IBM compatible printers (printers using the ESC/P or ESC/P2 printer languages) and HP Laser/Inkjet compatible printers (printers using the PCL printer language).
