Balance sheets consist of your sales category descriptions, an optional description for other receipts, sales tax, collections received, charges, starting cash, credit cards, cash paidouts, two optional descriptions to account for receipts not included in ending cash and ending cash. Over/short condition is calculated and printed.
The programs will handle any number of shifts, consolidating two or more shifts into a daily balance sheet automatically.
Daily, MTD and YTD estimated profit is calculated and printed. On C/store and Service Station (gas station) versions, actual fuel profit and pool margin is calculated and printed.
C/Store and Service Station versions handle gasoline sales and inventory. Fuel sales are determined from pump readings. Pump readings accomodate mechanical meters or electronic readouts. Up to 4 products plus kerosene (metered) - up to 3 tanks per product - up to 30 pumps (dispensors). Program will convert tank stick readings to gallons. Service Station version will calculate Oil & ATF sales from oil inventory counts. C/Store version tracks shelf inventory at retail value.
C/Store version allows up to 30 sales categories plus fuel sales. Service Station version allows up to 20 sales categories plus fuel sales plus Oil & ATF sales. Retail/Repair version allows up to 20 sales categories (no gas).
The programs integrate with our Invoice Writer program, reading sales generated on invoices. They integrate with our Accounts Receivable program reading total charges entered for the day. They integrate with our Accounts Payable program reading total cash paidouts entered for the day. If any of these integratable programs do not exist, you are prompted for the amounts - either totals -or- the program will total figures like a calculator.
Our software will run on any IBM PC or compatible running D.O.S. 3.1 or later. It will run under WINDOWS 3.1 or under WINDOWS 95/98/ME/XP. It will print to Epson/IBM compatible printers (printers using the ESC/P or ESC/P2 printer languages) and HP Laser/Inkjet compatible printers (printers using the PCL printer language).
