This inventory software program manages your inventory. Records include stock number, on hand quantity, minimum stocking quantity, reorder quantity, description, (2) selling prices, 4) vendors costs, sales category, purchase data, quantity used, location, core charge, cores in stock and (3) alternate stock numbers.

This inventory software allows you to use FIFO (first in/first out) or LIFO (last in/first out) accounting methods.

Many inventory reports are available with this inventory software. There are (3) alphabetizing methods that can be used. You can print physical inventory sheets, parts under minimum stocking quantity, value of inventory (by sales category) and replacement cost.

This inventory software program can create Purchase orders from data on file or from manual entries. This program is flexible. It doesn't matter if you have a large inventory of Yamaha parts or specialize in rare Harley parts, It will manage the received orders adding parts to stock, marking them back ordered or canceled.

Our inventory software program integrates with our Invoice Writer. Part numbers and/or descriptions and prices can be entered into the invoice without typing. The Invoice Writer automatically adjusts stock quantities.

Our programs were written in DOS and were sold individually for prices as high as $350 per program, $1000 per selected packsges. Since our programs cannot be run directly on the latest operating systems (Windows Vista and Windows 7) we are giving them away. The programs we offer do not require graphics. They are text based accounting programs. Text based DOS programs are faster, more efficient and more reliable than graphics programs. We have offered these programs since 1984. A program written for DOS can be used on an IBM compatible PC using either DOS, Windows 3.1 or WINDOWS 95/98/ME/XP for an operating system. Our software will not run on VISTA or Window 7 without outside help.
