PERPETUAL CALENDAR MAINTENANCE SCHEDULING

This specialized software tracks maintenance due dates using a perpetual calendar. You enter the starting date and tell the program how often the maintenance should be done (in days). The program looks at that starting date and todays date and tells you the next time maintenance is due.
Program options allow you to add a new unit (number of units limited only by disk space), check or revise records and print maintenance due reports (to the screen or printer). The reports can list maintenance due for any time period.
Each record consists of a unit number, terminal (location), year and make, model, vehicle identification number (vin),license number (tag), maintenance descriptions, the date you started the maintenance, the number of days for the maintenance period and the next maintenance due date (based on todays date).
Up to 10 maintenance categories (your descriptions) can be entered for each unit.
Our software will run on any IBM PC or compatible running D.O.S. 3.1 or later. It will run under WINDOWS 3.1 or under WINDOWS 95/98/ME/XP. It will print to Epson/IBM compatible printers (printers using the ESC/P or ESC/P2 printer languages) and HP Laser/Inkjet compatible printers (printers using the PCL printer language).
