Please limit technical support requests to R*KOM programs. Help us continue to provide technical support free of charge. Do not contact us regarding D.O.S. or Windows operation unless they're directly related to our programs application. While all of our programs can be run in Windows 3.1 or Windows 95/98/ME/XP, those are Microsoft operating systems - R*KOM does not provide technical support for operating systems, hardware or printers.

We require the following information to provide you with relevant tech support. Please note that if you do not supply a working email address, you will not hear back from us. You should receive an email auto response almost immediately. If you don't, then we have not received your email or you have entered your email address incorrectly.
