We have two versions of this software, our standard version which only works with two kinds of printers (Epson/IBM compatible printers using the ESC/P or ESC/P2 printer languages and HP Laser/Inkjet compatible printers using the PCL printer languages) that print to the lpt1 printer port - and - a windows printer version that should work with any printer. You should always try a demo with your printer before purchasing a software program. For more detail, click on our printers problem page. We suggest you try the windows printer version to see if the program will meet your needs. If your printer meets the standard version printer requirements, you can always download it later. Both versions are available at no extra charge if you purchase the program.

NOTE: R*KOM has purchased license to use and distribute 2nd party windows software that will allow our windows printer versions to print to your default Windows printer by writing a file to disk instead of directing data to a special printer. This allows the use of any port attached to the printer such as lpt2, com ports, usb ports, etc.. The ARAISIA PRTWIN program waits for a file to be written on the disk, then automatically reads the file and sends it to the default printer on your Windows operating system. The windows printer version demo will install the PRTWIN software and add it to your registry.
