Vehicle records consist of vehicle number, V.I.N., department, description, assigned driver, license (tag) no., registration cost, registration due date, purchase date, purchase price, payment, insurance cost, insurance expiration date and a comment.
Reports include summaries for any time period by vehicle, by driver, by expense category with cost per mile and total operating cost.
Fuel records if used, include odometer readings, date of purchase, cost per gallon, number of gallons and purchase cost (2 required 3rd can be calculated). Miles Per Gallon between odometer readings is calculated as well as accumulated Miles Per Gallon.
Expense records (your descriptions) include date, amount of expense and the driver. A notepad lets you enter any comments.
Our software will run on any IBM PC or compatible running D.O.S. 3.1 or later. It will run under WINDOWS 3.1 or under WINDOWS 95. It will print to Epson compatible dot matrix printers or HP compatible laser/inkjet printers. Before purchasing you should try our demo on your printer.
